CJ Pastries was founded by Brandy Tucker and certified as an LLC as of January 2021. Brandy is a passionate home baker, who is currently enrolled in Mercer County Community College Culinary School to become a Pastry Chef. Brandy envisions of one day opening her own bakery. CJ Pastries is the start of that vision. Affectionately named after her children, Camille and Jordan, CJ Pastries is a business that produces and supplies its consumers with baked goods and desserts. CJ Pastries guarantees that all of its products are freshly made.
